Exhibiting Rules

  1. All Senior and Junior Division entries must be placed between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Friday. No entries will be accepted after that time. The exhibit will be closed at noon for preparation and judging.
  2. Only one entry by an exhibitor in a class will be eligible for an award.
  3. All entries must be clean, free from disease and insect injury.
  4. In classes where more than one specimen is required, each entry should be
    selected for uniformity in flower size, shape, length of stem, and color, unless mixed colors allowed.
  5. Cut flower specimen should be entered with foliage.
  6. The classification committee may subdivide varieties and colors where it is
    deemed necessary (i.e., glads, giant zinnias).
  7. All entries must be picked up at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
  8. Any arrangement or award not picked up after 6:30 p.m. will go to the office.

Arrangements

Flowers arranged in an artistic manner in a container, other than clear glass. Flowers should measure approximately 2/3 of the arrangement, container 1/3. Base not to exceed 12 inches.
