Chet Boyd Memorial Trophy

To be awarded annually in memory of our first Fair Chairman.

Sponsoring families shall be limited to residents of Bridgewater. Families for this award shall consist of direct family lines: parents, children, grandchildren, etc.

This trophy will be based on total score received for various entries by the same family. The following points will be given:

Grand champion Best of Show etc. - - -15

1st place - - - - - - 10
2nd place - - - - - - 5
3rd place - - - - - - 2

In case of a tie, 4th place will receive one point.

Superintendents are required to submit their winners to the Home Arts Superintendent by 1 p.m. Sunday. Exhibitors must inform the superintendent or department heads if they do not wish to compete for this trophy.

Note: As of the 1982 Fair, only a total of 60 points per category will be considered.
