Delivery and Registration:
All works should be brought to the Bridgewater Firehouse on
Thursday (the day before the Fair starts) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. No work will be accepted
unless properly framed, matted, and ready to hang. (Children's
drawings must be matted but need not be framed.) The Committee reserves the right
of final selection. Since this is a family-type fair, subject
matter should be in good taste.
Security: The Fair Committee
is not responsible for any theft or damage to works on exhibition.
Note: Firehouse is securely locked at night and guards are on
patrol. There will be persons in charge of the exhibit during
Fair hours. Exhibitors may be required to sign a release in case
of theft or damage.
Pick-up: NO WORK MAY BE REMOVED
BEFORE 6 P.M., SUNDAY
Any art not claimed by 7 p.m.
will not be the responsibility of the Fire Department.
