2011 Bridgewater Photographic Contest and Exhibition

Open to all Amateur Photographers

 

 

1. Contest is open to all amateur photographers.
2. Entry fee is $5.00 per person.
3. Each contestant is limited to a total of 3 entries.
4. All photographs must be 8 x 10” or larger and must be on 16 x 20” mount board **NO EXCEPTIONS**
5. No framed photographs will be allowed.
6. No signatures on front of mount board but a title may appear under the photo.
7. A signed entry blank must accompany each entry .
8. Photographer's name, address, and phone number must appear on the back of the mount with Senior or Junior Division and category clearly marked on every photo .
9. All entries must be delivered to the Gregory James Gallery, 93 Park Lane Road ( Rte 202), New Milford by 5:30 pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2011.
10. All entries can be picked up at the Gregory James Gallery, 93 Park Lane Road ( Rte 202), New Milford after 12:30 pm on Monday, August 22, 2011 and must be picked up no later than Friday, August 26, 2011 .
11. ALL PHOTOS THAT ARE DIGITALLY ENHANCED OR JUST DIGITALLY PRINTED ARE INCLUDED IN THE DIGITAL CATEGORY. EVEN IF IT WAS NOT ALTERED AND JUST PRINTED FROM A COMPUTER DIGITALLY, THEN IT IS INCLUDED IN THE DIGITAL CATEGORY - NO EXCEPTIONS.
12. Every effort will be made to handle all prints with care, however, contest workers and sponsors cannot be held responsible for loss or damages.
13. Junior Division contestants must be 17 years or younger.
