A roundtrip from the Housatonic Boat Club in Stratford, CT to the main wharf at Mattapoisett, MA and back
Why Mattapoisett? Because the Joneses lived in Mattapoisett from 1950 to 1954. Dick went to 3rd grade to 6th grade in the school right across the street from our home on Barstow street - one block away from the harbor! and two blocks from the beach. Dick spent alot of time at the wharf fishing and swimming and rowing a small boat in the harbor.
